What working here is actually like

Haltless is small. You talk to customers, your code runs on equipment people depend on, and there is no layer between deciding something and shipping it.

Everything the platform computes is meant to be reproducible on paper. That sets the bar for the work: "I am not sure why it did that" is a bug here, not a shrug.

Roles are remote within the United States unless a posting says otherwise. Applications go to one inbox, and the founder reads every one.

Is Haltless hiring right now?

Not at the moment. There are no open positions today, but the roadmap moves fast and roles open with it. Send your resume to careers@haltless.io and we will keep it on file for when one does.

Does Haltless hire remote?

Not right now, because nothing is open. When a role does open the answer is yes, within the United States, and every posting says where that role can be worked from.

How do I apply to Haltless?

Email careers@haltless.io with a short note about something you have built and your resume. If you are applying to a specific role, say which one. There is no application portal and no form to fill in.

What kind of people does Haltless look for?

Engineers, operators and builders who care about industrial reliability. Most of the work sits close to hardware: controllers, protocols, plant networks, and the arithmetic on top of them. A machine learning background is not needed, because there is none in the product.
