HOW WE WORK
Haltless is small. You talk to customers, your code runs on equipment people depend on, and there is no layer between deciding something and shipping it.
Everything the platform computes is meant to be reproducible on paper. That sets the bar for the work: "I am not sure why it did that" is a bug here, not a shrug.
The team is remote across the United States. Applications go to one inbox, and a person reads every one.

Not right now, because nothing is open. When a role does open the answer is yes: the team is remote across the United States, and every posting says where that role can be worked from.

Engineers, operators and builders who care about industrial reliability. Most of the work sits close to hardware: controllers, protocols, plant networks, and the arithmetic on top of them. A machine learning background is not needed, because there is none in the product.
