PARTNER WITH HALTLESS

Haltless is pre-launch. That is the worst time to buy and the best time to partner, because the roadmap is still cheap to change.

WHO WE WORK WITH

Four kinds of partner, and what each one brings

Haltless reads controllers and computes a defensible number. Getting it onto a plant floor takes people who already have the badge, the cabinet key and the customer’s trust.

System integrators

You commission the OT network and know which cabinet the edge agent belongs in. The agent is a small Linux process, outbound only, reading tags that already exist, so it drops into work you are already doing rather than adding a project.

CMMS and ERP implementers

You own the work-order side. Haltless opens work orders rather than replacing the system that holds them, with production adapters for SAP S/4HANA, Oracle EBS and Microsoft Dynamics 365 behind the same audit chain.

Reliability and maintenance consultants

You run the assessment that leads to a platform decision. A published formula and a recomputable score are easier to defend in your report than a vendor’s accuracy claim you cannot check.

Controls and hardware distributors

You already sell the PLCs. Haltless reads OPC UA and Modbus TCP in production with no proprietary sensors and no new hardware in the common case, so it attaches to fleets you have already shipped.

WHAT YOU GET TODAY

What a partnership actually means right now

The founder, not a channel manager

Technical questions get answered by the person who wrote the code. At this size there is no other option, and it is the part of this that a larger vendor cannot match.

Roadmap influence while it is still cheap

The roadmap moves when the case is strong. Before general availability, a well-argued gap from someone who deploys these systems weekly is the strongest case there is.

Referral now, resale after launch

Referral terms are agreed per deal and written down. Resale opens after general availability, once there is a measured cost to serve to price against instead of a margin invented before the first deployment. Margins are far harder to claw back than to give.

WHAT WE DO NOT HAVE

What we are not going to pretend exists

Every partner page promises a programme. Here is what is genuinely not built yet, so you can decide with the real picture rather than discover it on the second call.

  • No tiered programme. There is no gold, silver or bronze, because there are not enough partners for tiers to mean anything.
  • No partner portal. Deal registration is an email thread and a written agreement, not a login.
  • No market development funds or co-op budget. Haltless is pre-launch and not funding anyone’s marketing.
  • No certification track. Product training happens directly, one integrator at a time, until there is a reason for a curriculum.

HOW TO START

One email, and a real conversation

Tell us what you deploy, which plants you work in, and where a platform like this would have helped on your last project. That is enough to know within one exchange whether this is worth either of our time.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions before you write

Does Haltless have a partner programme?

Not a formal one. There are no tiers, no portal, no certification track and no market development funds. What exists is direct access to the founder, roadmap influence before general availability, and commercial terms written per deal.

Can I resell Haltless?

Not as a standard arrangement yet. Referral is the model until general availability, because a reseller margin set before the first deployment is a guess at a cost to serve nobody has measured. The exception is an integrator bundling Haltless into a fixed-price plant project, where owning the line item is the only structure that works. Those are agreed one deal at a time, with us still on the technical calls.

Is there training or certification for integrators?

Direct training, not certification. The edge agent installs in under an hour and reads tags your controllers already publish, so the technical surface is small. A curriculum comes when there are enough integrators to justify one.

Why partner with a pre-launch company?

Because the leverage is inverted. After general availability you get a rate card and a queue. Before it, you get a say in what gets built and a founder who answers the same day. If neither of those is worth anything to you, wait for Q1 2027.
